A festive classic, Christmas hasn’t begun until a few glasses of my sister-in-law’s mulled wine have been drunk.
This simple recipe is very tasty
Ingredients
300ml (½ pint) Port
75cl Claret (Delia recommends Cabarnet Sauvignon, but each to their own)
2 Lemons – juice and zest
900ml (1½ pints) Water
170g (6oz) Sugar
2-3 Cinnamon sticks
