Now that the dust is beginning to settle after the volcanic eruption in Iceland and operations are returning to normal, we wanted to let you know that we are working tirelessly to make sure that all of our customers are refunded in full for holidays cancelled as a result of the volcanic ash in UK airspace.
We are continuing to work hard with all of our suppliers to recover as much of the cost of your travel arrangements as possible, although totally beyond our control, in cases where suppliers are NOT refunding sunshine.co.uk in full, we will endeavour to absorb this cost on your behalf and still pass on 100% refunds.
The refunds will be processed once we have received all the money from the suppliers involved in your booking. As per our original email, we are estimating about 30 days from the date of travel for this, however in some cases this maybe sooner and in others it maybe later but rest assured you will receive a 100% refund – including any credit charges.
