Volcano Refund Update

Now that the dust is beginning to settle after the volcanic eruption in Iceland and operations are returning to normal, we wanted to let you know that we are working tirelessly to make sure that all of our customers are refunded in full for holidays cancelled as a result of the volcanic ash in UK airspace.

We are continuing to work hard with all of our suppliers to recover as much of the cost of your travel arrangements as possible, although totally beyond our control, in cases where suppliers are NOT refunding in full, we will endeavour to absorb this cost on your behalf and still pass on 100% refunds.

The refunds will be processed once we have received all the money from the suppliers involved in your booking. As per our original email, we are estimating about 30 days from the date of travel for this, however in some cases this maybe sooner and in others it maybe later but rest assured you will receive a 100% refund – including any credit charges.

We thank you for being patience at this time and we hope to be in touch shortly.

Will we be refunded for the extra cost of having to stay at our holiday destination, We went all inclusive and got down graded to half board also we had to get a taxi from our original hotel to the new one which was 40euros and we never used our taxi transfer back to the airport. Altogether we spent around £250 more .
